CADM is pleased to announce the release of it's Drawing Management component (DMS) for use with ZWCAD 2011.

ZW is the latest CAD environment to be supported by DMS, a key component of the Accordant system which allows CAD Users to publish their floor plan layouts on the web in vector format along with space details and "hotspots" where staff and equipment may be stationed. Connection to CADM servers is acheived via the HTTP communication module in DMS allowing CAD users on check out, edit and check in drawings from ZWCAD anywhere in the world with an internet connection.

CADM's Frank Cassidy said, " I was extremely impressed with the speed and power of ZWCAD and the rich feature set it will provide to our users. In addition to this, the development environment has made application porting extremely simple."

Accordant use in the corporate sector is increasing with a major HQ relocation using the system just completed at Nomura and moves underway at the BBC and News Corporation. Product Manager Alan Rose sees the ZW platform as becoming a very important part of the Accordant family adding that "It fits perfectly with our open architecture strategy and will open up advanced CRE applications to many new users".
