LMS publishes location data so that any number of external applications can attach people, assets and cost centres without worrying about information stored in CAD drawings.

Each basic location type has a default foot plate which users can set.

Hog Factor tells us how efficiently any area is planned. Reporting for all rooms and open-plan areas across an estate we can instantly see where spare space exists.

Rather than spend hours working out which desk belongs to which department and drawing a line around it, we can use cost centre data attached to locations externally.

Using this information, a detailed breakdown of space per location, person, asset and department etc can be generated at any time and shown graphically or tabulated.

Hog Factor can allocate an entire estate accurately in about a minute, something that often takes a CAD operator weeks to do.

Hog Factor has been run in parallel with manual allocation and typically shows discrepancies of less than 3%.
