LMS -
Universal Location Tracking

The Location Management System defines a grid structure spanning an entire Estate. This provides codes that any external databases can refer to. These are:

  • Unique
  • Independent of CAD/Database internals
  • Automatically generated and updated
  • User Configurable via a Grid Wizard
  • Human Readable

Most locations created are desks but they can be any object defined in LMS (meeting tables, credenzas, sofas or even CCTV cameras).

LMS Users can create and manage a library of symbols catalogued into key types with attributes for:

  • Assembly - to aid moving and job costing.
  • Default footplate - for space allocation.
  • Headcount - for identifying spare desks.
