The Accordant Locator suite was designed to meet the needs of companies operating in high real estate cost areas (typically major financial centres).

It can provide accurate space apportionment over large open plan and multi cost-centre areas whenever it is needed; even on a daily basis and with 10%+ rates of monthly churn.

ISO strength drawing controls to provide the basis for synchronised information. CAD drawings provide a picture of the real environment with unlimited scope for "what if" projects.

Relocator - Move Management
Drawing project co-ordination for office reconfiguration and staff relocations. Tracking of work in progress, move scheduling and production of full “Move Pack” documentation for distribution internally and to external contractors.

Estate Intranet - Online Enterprise Information
Integration of the Management information produced by Locator with Enterprise data and all made available in a Web Browser for reporting and help desk use.

Estate Manager -Reporting and Control Panel
A simple explorer-style application provides access to all CADM system objects and reporting. Security policies can be configured for all users of the system.
