CADM's Engineering Index is the latest addition to the Accordant Locator suite.

It is a web-based search and retrieval facility for engineering drawings/documents relating to a building and its services. It gives fast and easy access to FMs, estate managers, engineering departments and authorised service providers to archived information required for maintenance, refurbishment and other tasks.

Documents in most commonly used file formats can be uploaded in compressed format to minimise storage requirements (typically less than 1Gb per 1000 documents) while maintaining fast access to individual files.
